Happy Sunday

Sunday is the off day for people who are rested from working and going to college/ school, but Christians still must be going to church to worship Him and get welcomed every coming to church, "Happy Sunday! God bless you!" after serving, they are going to have fun and have lunch/ dinner. It is a great day and wonderful! I love Sunday! I received holy communion (again) and sang beautiful songs at a church. Besides, I did a virtual service on Youtube and an in-person service at a church on that day. I felt overwhelmed since I usually would go to two services on the same day, and I love Sunday. Why must be Sunday? I do not know but the explanation does exist in the Bible.

"So, God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it God rested from all his work that He had done in creation." Genesis 2:3

Genesis 2: 3 is well-known as Sabbath and it's part of 10 God's commandments in Deuteronomy 5: 12. Jewish people also worship on Sabbath, and I do not know as much as Jewish I do know. Christians traditionally weekend observed as a service day, whether that's Saturday afternoon/ night or Sunday. Churches averaged are holding a service day on Sundays. However, the scripture honoring God has worked in creation throughout the week, and Christians should stop working and go worship Him on a day whom He rested in creation.

A church has its program on Sundays except for the service and which is popularly called Sunday school. I never studied at a Sunday school in my life and even never seen how kind of a Sunday school. As I've heard of a Sunday school for kids who are educated knowing Jesus Christ and get a friendly education through their ways, like more accessible for children. I'm sure my whole of friends ever spent a Sunday school and experienced the best memories. It'll be wonderful if I were them, I would join!

I have missed Sunday service for a while month, and it felt bad because I always dreamed of Jesus Christ and had a desire to serve Christ in the church. I served on a media team, and it was super fun because I was appointed to be a photographer and took the best photos during the service. So, I would feel regret if I don't go to a church, but I believe it's not just Sundays but every day praising His name. Praising His name everywhere you get in and don't ever leave Him, make get closer to Him and pray in working your faith. It's about seven days or a week and isn't just a day. 7 days! As in order what a question that you think and have?

The important question is "what truly do you want to know more about Jesus Christ?" Not, "how many of you are present in your church?" What reason do you worship in a church? It's going to be reasons but as how you truly appear in your heart openly to Jesus Christ and I think you would go to a church for a reason. Read Psalm 119: 32 ESV in a final sentence that says, "....when you enlarge my heart." The last sentence says you need to have a heart for a reason and the first sentence, "I will run in the way of your commandment." I know many Christians just go to a church as a formal thing, which is kind of a Christian lifestyle and it's WRONG! You are going to a church for a reason.

Open your heart!

Work in your faith!

Make constant prayer!

Don't give up!

A reason makes you feel a sense of why you need to get closer to Him and let's find a reason why you need to go to a church. Find your reason! He comes for a reason so you should know a reason as a reason is an answer. Pray and find the reason that you have been looking for.

Happy Sunday! God is so good! God bless you!

The Idea of Feminism In the Church

A veiled woman lighting up a candle in the Orthodox Church, source: Adobe Stock Roman Catholic Pope Francis appeared a 60-minute on CBS's live-streaming interview with a female reporter, Norah O'Donnell. She was curious in a question towards on him,  " I'm curious, for a little girl growing up Catholic today, will she ever have the opportunity to be a deacon and participate as a clergy member in the church ?" Pope Francis simply, saying, " No ." O'Donnell seemed to trying to push on him about her idea of the progressive and reformation in the Catholic Church. But, thanks God, Pope was strong defending his faith.  This is a 60-minute interview has opened that in fact the pressure of the church reformation has been increasingly happening today. We heard that some churches trying to allow its LGBTQ movement within church life, like the Unitarian church. And, I think some churches have accepted the female ordination, but usually it is Protestant church b

Women, Modesty, and Veiling

(Veiling of women in different era, source: Diaqnoz.Az) " I am Orthodox and I do not agree with veiling " on a comment that recorded on Instagram while posting a reel of female Orthodox veiled at a church and monastery.  I am Orthodox and I do agree with veiling . So, why? The first place, that people may think that we are "sexist" or "pervert" as controlling on female clothing appearances. That's possible because we live in a modern era which is the female rights are more honourable and important in its society. Many girls are independent raised well and having same chances of working at secularism typically careers. But, as Orthodox Christians, who we know that we are about 2.000 years living to equip our Christ looks like in the modern era, which that has been fallen down, especially rising up feminist's movement. The feminism is mainly different from what women have fought for equality gender as surely their aim is to dominate and create the &q

The Pascha, Life Bond, and SO SPECIAL! Orthodox Christianity!

Holy Fire in Jerusalem We typically celebrate the Easter - however that the Orthodox people generally saying that's Pascha - but I felt like that was so special that I celebrated the Pascha in a different Christianity tradition which was unfamiliar to myself, being to live in the country who well-known about Western Christianity. We celebrate the Pascha on a different calendar, it is Julian Calendar so many people wonder that why we are being late celebrate the Pascha and even the Christmas, a week late (between 12-13 days on Julian and Gregorian calendars) from the Western Christians. But, in certain times in history, we celebrate on the same date like 2017 we celebrate the Pascha together with Roman Catholics and it will be happening next year! The Eastern Orthodox is the holy and first church to just celebrated a blessed holy week in last week! Unfortunately, I was unlucky in that schedule as I had a five-day training during the holy week schedule, that caused I had to miss mult
